Class Divide

A look at NYC's gentrification and inequality at a microcosm, Class Divide explores two worlds which share exactly the exact same Chelsea intersection -- 10th Avenue and 26th Street. The Chelsea-Elliot Houses have provided residents for years with home. Their neighbor across the route since 2012 is currently Avenues: a private school, The World School.
