Other People's Money
A corporate raider threatens to take over a "mom and pop" company in a hostile takeover. The patriarch of the company enlists the assistance of his wife's daughter, who happens to be a lawyer, in an attempt to safeguard the company. The raider is head over heels in love with her, and he takes pleasure in the thrust and parry of legal maneuvering as he attempts to gain her affections. Ed Sutton is the author of this piece.
