In a time of anarchy and oppression, the once-great nation of England teeters dangerously on the edge of a mass revolution. After the ruthless Sheriff of Nottingham orders a terrible attack on his family, a young man named Robin swears bloody vengeance on the perpetrators and vows to restore liberty to those enslaved by the harsh rule of the kingdom. Robin and Lancelot, advised and tutored by the reclusive wizard Merlin, collect a lethal squad of exiled fighters and skillful mavericks to rouse the peasants for an all-out assault on the Crown's fortress.
